MELVIN CHONG DREAMS BIG!! I met Melvin a while back and we just clicked, I’ve never met someone so enthusiastic about life. It’s quite fitting that he owns a life insurance agency called Life Safers. When Melvin mentioned he was opening a Cross Fit gym I jumped at the chance to try it out. Cross Fit is one of the hottest workouts in the States and is proven to get you in tip top shape in the shortest amount of time. I couldn’t feel my legs the next day after shooting, I will definitely be back to Cross Fit Pahlawan! THE RIGHT GEAR .. AND PINK ; ) Cross Fit is no joke, it’s like military training for civilians. The right attire is a must to keep you comfortable throughout the workout. I must say, my Nike wedges were no the ideal shoes to wear for this workout…….
