A graduate of the prestigious London Esthetique College of Beauty Therapy and Makeup, The London Image Institute and Makeup Designory Los Angeles, Sharifah Juliana is one of Los Angeles and Kuala Lumpur’s leading makeup artist and style experts. Her expert services are highly sought after by actresses, runway models, CEO’s and MBA students whenever they need to look and behave their absolute best for an interview, big event, photo shoot or TV appearance.

Juliana started out as a commercial model, however, being highly ambitious she chose to pursue her studies in makeup artistry and branding to further enhance her marketability. She is also an image and branding consultant. Juliana got her break when she moved to Los Angeles.  Her determination and skills secured her a position that would greatly enhance the course of her career. She was entrusted the beauty area at famed Beverly Hills hair salon Umberto, where everyone from Janet Jackson, Natalie Cole to Britney Spears went for hair services.

The connections, skills and experience she gleaned whilst she worked at Umberto enabled her to set up her own private studio that has been featured in C Magazine, Instyle and Angeleno and was also Best of LA for Los Angeles Magazine. Now splitting her time between Los Angeles and Kuala Lumpur, Juliana was appointed the official advisor to Miss Universe Malaysia, helping Miss Universe Malaysia 2014, Sabrina Benett at The Miss Universe International Pageant in Miami.

Juliana also worked on the reality show The Next Miss Universe Malaysia 2015 for Malaysia’s TV8 with Miss Universe Malaysia Director Carey Ng. Juliana is also a health and fitness enthusiast and as is her nature she has embraced healthy living and advocates it to her clients.
